angela + cory | married | part 3

Welcome to the third and final installment of Angela and Cory’s wedding extravaganza. (Part 1 | Part 2) Now, I don’t typically post a ton of reception dancing pictures, and I also don’t tend to narrate throughout the images. However, this reception had too much awesomeness to let it go unposted or unexplained. So, sit back, relax, and get ready for a reception full of surprises. 🙂

The mother/son dance quickly went from sweet to Sir-Mix-A-Lot! Jump on it, jump on it… (and for your further viewing pleasure…)

Only a true Gator wedding would interrupt the cake cutting for a little “Da na na na…GO GATORS!”

Ok, call me selfish, but as a photographer…I LOVE when the bride/groom get messy with the cake. It just makes for such fun pictures! So, first up, Cory takes on Angela…

Mischievous grin much, Cory?? 🙂

Oh, but wait…that mischievous grin earned him a full on cake smackdown…

Awww, and it’s all still love and cake-covered kisses. 🙂

This is by far one of the coolest groom’s cakes I’ve ever seen!

Angela and Cory changed up the traditional “singles only” bouquet and garter toss. Instead, they asked ALL their friends to get on the floor, single or not, and they gave away a gift card to each person who caught the bouquet/garter. LOVE that idea! It made for a very enthusiastic crowd of catchers!

I have never seen such dedication from the guys before…sadly none of the fellows on shoulders caught the garter. Tough luck, boys! Impressive effort.

After all the planned events were complete, the real party began…kicked off nicely by none other than Mr. Edgar (the groom’s father!)…dude’s got MOVES.

What’s that I see…oh, just another round of Jump On It!

Oh hey! Recognize Bo and Lauren? 🙂

    What a great party! You captured the funness(??) of it so well. Those special effects made it look like the still pictures are spinning – perfect for the dancing pictures.;
    Love, Mom
