I did yoga last night.
Breath in deeply, and then just let it all out. Breathe all your stresses out.
I didn’t think yoga would be so apropos.
Focus. Balance. Let everything else fade away.
Easy to say, hard to do.
Feel your feet on the ground. Feel the ground holding you up.
I fell asleep during yoga. Either the stretch did such a good job relaxing me that I just drifted off, or letting all the stress drain out just exhausted me.
Either way, I think I liked it.
