Nicole & Drew:::Wedding Details:::St. Augustine

One of my favorite things about weddings (besides all the love in the air of course), is the details. It’s always so fun to see the results of a bride’s hard work, meticulous planning, and creative personality.

Nicole and Drew’s wedding had a perfect understated elegance. You look one way and see the bartender mixing drinks on a personalized ice luge, and then on the other side of the room you see the mashed potato bar, complete with martini glasses to eat from and bacon bits and chives to sprinkle on top. The traditional white cake was replaced with lovely little cupcakes sitting delicately on purple tiers. Strings of sparkly beads adorned bare branches sprouting from vases filled with spongy green moss, and handmade crepe paper flowers adorned each place setting.

Simple, elegant, and gorgeous.

And because I thought you might be wondering what this lovely couple looks like, here’s a sneak peek of what’s to come…

    You’re making me hungry. I want one of those peanut butter and chocolate cupcakes. Hope you got one!
